On the upper level, an open gallery with sloping ceilings provides an additional sleeping area with 2 beds, creating a flexible and functional layout ideal for families or small groups. Please be aware that instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area such as the gallery. The apartment benefits from a south-east and west facing orientation, ensuring natural light throughout the day.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
