An open kitchen with a dining table is also located on this level, alongside a full bathroom with bath and WC, accounting for the property's 1 bathroom. On the upper floor, a gallery area provides an additional sleeping space with 1 sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, complemented by a hand-basin and a separate WC. Please be aware that some sleeping areas, including this gallery space, are situated in an open-plan area rather than an enclosed bedroom.
