This space opens directly onto a private balcony equipped with outdoor furniture, offering a very beautiful view of the mountains and the canal. The 1 bedroom on this floor is fitted with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. An open kitchen adjoins the living area, complete with an oven, toaster, electric coffee machine, and a dining table. The bathroom on this floor includes a bath and WC. Please note that Capsules for the Nespresso coffee machine are available at an extra charge.
On the upper floor, a gallery area provides an additional sleeping space with 1 sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length. This level also includes a hand-basin and a separate WC. It is worth noting that some sleeping areas, including the gallery, are located in an open-plan area rather than an enclosed bedroom.
