The ground level presents a spacious open-plan living and dining area with bright, comfortable, and cosy furnishings, leading out to a large south-east facing balcony as well as a smaller north-west facing balcony, both equipped with balcony furniture. From these outdoor spaces, guests enjoy a very beautiful view of the countryside and the canal. The 1 large double bedroom is located on this level and is fitted with 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm, and benefits from electric shutters and direct access to the balcony. The bathroom consists of a shower and WC. The fully equipped open kitchen is also situated on this floor. On the upper floor, a gallery area provides 2 additional beds each measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with a fan, making it an ideal sleeping space for additional guests.
