The apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 guests and features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, thoughtfully distributed across its 2 floors to offer both comfort and privacy. The ground level presents a spacious open-plan living and dining area with bright, comfortable, and cosy furnishings, leading out to a large south-east facing balcony as well as a smaller north-west facing balcony, both equipped with balcony furniture. From these outdoor spaces, guests enjoy a very beautiful view of the countryside and the canal. The 1 large double bedroom is located on this level and is fitted with 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm, and benefits from electric shutters and direct access to the balcony. The bathroom consists of a shower and WC. The fully equipped open kitchen is also situated on this floor. On the upper floor, a gallery area provides 2 additional beds each measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with a fan, making it an ideal sleeping space for additional guests.

The apartment is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The open kitchen features a comprehensive selection of appliances, including an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
