On the main level, the living and dining room features an open-hearth fireplace, intended for decorative purposes only, and opens onto a balcony of 9 m2. A separate WC is also located on this floor. The open kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living area, making it ideal for convivial gatherings.
On the upper floor, the first bedroom is appointed with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from a private bathroom featuring a corner bath and a television. The second bedroom contains 1 single bed and 1 double bed. The third bedroom is fitted with 1 set of 2 bunk beds and 1 pull-out bed for 1 person, with dimensions of 2 x 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A shower with WC serves the remaining bedrooms on this floor. The property also features a large terrace in addition to the balcony, both offering beautiful views of the mountains, the countryside, and the canal.
