On the main level, the generous living and dining area serves as the heart of the property, featuring an open-hearth fireplace used for decorative purposes, and direct access to a 9 m2 balcony equipped with portable balcony furniture. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and seamlessly integrated into the living space. A separate WC is also located on this floor for added convenience.
The upper floor hosts all 3 bedrooms and the remaining bathroom facilities. The first bedroom is a refined double room featuring 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, complemented by a private bathroom with a corner bath and a television. The second bedroom offers a flexible sleeping arrangement with 1 single bed and 1 double bed, making it well suited for guests with varying needs. The third bedroom is configured with 1 single bed and 1 set of bunk beds accommodating 2, ideal for younger guests or additional occupants. A shower and WC serve the remaining bedrooms on this floor. - 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
