The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and seamlessly integrated into the living space. A separate WC is also located on this floor for added convenience.

The upper floor hosts all 3 bedrooms and the remaining bathroom facilities. The first bedroom is a refined double room featuring 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, complemented by a private bathroom with a corner bath and a television. The second bedroom offers a flexible sleeping arrangement with 1 single bed and 1 double bed, making it well suited for guests with varying needs. The third bedroom is configured with 1 single bed and 1 set of bunk beds accommodating 2, ideal for younger guests or additional occupants. A shower and WC serve the remaining bedrooms on this floor. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
