The living and dining room is a welcoming open space with access to the north-facing balcony, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. The apartment includes 1 bedroom furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The apartment also features 1 bathroom with WC. It is important to note that instead of an entirely enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located within an open-plan area, such as a gallery or alcove configuration.

The apartment is equipped with a well-appointed open kitchen featuring an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and a fondue set for cheese. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
