The living and dining area is a welcoming shared space ideal for relaxing and gathering. The bathroom includes a bath and WC, and a separate WC is also available within the apartment. Guests can enjoy outdoor living on the balcony, which faces east, as well as on a generous terrace of 50 m2 with a north-facing orientation, both offering views of the mountains and the surrounding resort.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
