The living and dining room serves a dual purpose, offering a pull-out bed suitable for 2 persons, with 2 sleeping surfaces each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. It is worth noting that, instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are situated within an open-plan area. The bathroom includes a combined bath and WC. A north-facing balcony extends the living space outdoors, offering beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and the resort below.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
