Please be aware that some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area rather than an enclosed bedroom, following a gallery or alcove configuration. The living and dining room is equipped with an open-hearth fireplace, which is present for decorative purposes only, and also provides access to the balcony. The apartment includes 1 bathroom with a combined bath and WC, as well as a separate additional WC. The south-facing balcony offers a scenic view of the ski run and the surrounding resort.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
