"Christiania I A5" is a 3-room apartment of 66 m2 located on the 5th floor, partially renovated in 2013, and designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests across 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The living and dining area forms the heart of the apartment, featuring an open-hearth fireplace intended purely for decoration, which adds a charming alpine character to the space. The first bedroom is equipped with 2 beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and offers direct access to the south-facing balcony, where you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the ski run and the resort. The second, smaller bedroom also contains 2 beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, making it a cozy and practical space for additional guests. The bathroom includes a bath and WC, and a separate WC is also available within the apartment. The south-facing balcony is furnished with balcony furniture, providing an ideal outdoor setting to take in the surrounding mountain scenery.

The apartment is well equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The kitchen is fully functional and features an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine compatible with Nespresso capsules, which are available at an extra charge. For your entertainment, a cable television is available in the living and dining area. The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
