The bathroom includes a bath and WC, and a separate WC is also available within the apartment. The south-facing balcony is furnished with balcony furniture, providing an ideal outdoor setting to take in the surrounding mountain scenery.

The kitchen is fully functional and features an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine compatible with Nespresso capsules, which are available at an extra charge. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
