A small south-facing balcony extends the living space outdoors, complemented by a terrace complete with terrace furniture, from which guests can enjoy breathtaking views of the mountains and the iconic Eiger.

The open kitchen comes outfitted with a wide range of appliances, including an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
