The first double bedroom is appointed with a private bath and WC, providing an ensuite experience for added comfort and privacy. The second double bedroom offers a relaxed and cosy retreat. A third room is configured with 2 beds and features a shower and WC, while a fourth room is also arranged with 2 beds, completing the sleeping arrangements for the full capacity of the property. A separate shower and WC serves the remaining areas of the apartment, ensuring that all 3 bathrooms are well distributed throughout the space. The open kitchen is thoughtfully integrated into the living area, creating a fluid and sociable environment ideal for groups and families alike.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
