The first double bedroom is also located on this floor, offering a comfortable and private retreat. The bathroom on this level features a bath and WC. On the upper floor, a second double bedroom provides an equally restful space, and this level also opens onto a private terrace with an east-facing orientation, where you can enjoy stunning views of the surrounding mountains along with outdoor terrace furniture.

The apartment is equipped with a comprehensive range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The open kitchen is outfitted with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, an electric kettle, and an electric coffee machine compatible with Nespresso capsules, which are available as an extra. The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
