The living and dining room serves as the heart of the property, complete with an open-hearth fireplace and a flat-screen cable television, and opens directly onto a south-facing balcony of 16 m2 offering marvellous views of the mountains and the Eiger. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The third double bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and benefits from its own private bathroom with bath, shower, and WC, as well as a cable television. The apartment also includes a separate bath and WC, along with an additional separate WC, providing a total of 2 bathrooms for the comfort of all guests. Access to the apartment is available by both elevator and stairs.

The fully equipped open kitchen offers an excellent range of appliances to meet all culinary needs, including an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. - No Penalty if the cancellation is made up to 66 days prior to the arrival.
- 100% of the rental price if the cancellation is made between 65 days and the arrival day or in case of no-show.
