This property is reserved exclusively for non-smokers, and guests are kindly asked to respect this house rule throughout their stay. Please be aware that the balcony is very narrow and does not feature any outdoor furniture.

- No Penalty if the cancellation is made up to 66 days prior to the arrival.
- 100% of the rental price if the cancellation is made between 65 days and the arrival day or in case of no-show.
