Description
Villa Luoto is a stylishly decorated villa situated on the shores of Lake Päijänne. Located on a rocky slope, the villa offers magnificent views of the lake from the inside the house and its terraces. The villa is located near the center of Korpilahti town. It is 30 km to Jyväskylä and approximately 30 km to Jämsä/Himos. The sandy beach cove deepens over a distance of about 10 meters and is safe for children.
The log villa was completed in 2024 and features a spacious living room/kitchen and two bedrooms (an additional bed is available in the living room). The living room has a heat-storing fireplace and an air-source heat pump. Heating is provided by electric underfloor heating. The sauna (electric sauna stove), shower room, WC, and utility room are located in the other part of the building, accessible from the glazed terrace.
The outdoor hydro massage bath on the terrace is available for an additional fee. The villa has a 4G Wi-Fi modem for internet use.
On the beach is an almost hundred-year-old renovated wood-heated sauna and sauna cabin. The sauna cabin has a sofa bed (for 2 people). The lakeside sauna is available for use between May 1st and October 30th.
Charging of electric/hybrid cars with your own charging device is permitted for an additional fee (16A).

The cabin Metsäpirtti is located in a quiet location. It has a wonderful, peaceful lake view. The cabin is well-equipped and stylishly decorated. There are all the necessary amenities to make your vacation as pleasant as possible. On the glazed terrace you can work out on the treadmill, enjoy the beautiful landscape and relax in the hydro massage bath. The terrace has two air heat pumps that can be used for cooling in the summer or heating in the autumn.
