Kilpola, as a whole, is available for rent during Christmas, New Year’s, and Midsummer. In winter, a smaller heated section of the event space is available for rent for smaller gatherings. The use of the event space must be agreed upon separately with the owner, and the rental fee is paid directly to them.
The main building is situated 45 meters from the shore of Lake Jämijärvi, with a gently sloping sandy beach. There is also a beach volleyball court near the water. The main building is a wooden structure built in 1952. The entrance floor features a spacious kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a double bed, and a WC. The upstairs hall includes a sofa bed that can be used as a 120x190 cm bed for one person. 100 km north of Tampere, a wooden cabin built in 2007, located at the tip of a peaceful peninsula. Lake Korhosjärvi is just 30 meters away, with two swimming spots on the property. In front of the cabin, there is a quickly deepening sandy beach. At the tip of the peninsula, there is a shallow, sandy beach and a pier. A rowing boat is available.
The cabin features a spacious living room/open kitchen area with a dining table for eight, a heat-storing fireplace, a sofa set, and a TV. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The loft includes two single beds and a sofa bed that converts into a 120x200 cm bed for one person. Additionally, there is a sofa bed on the ground floor that provides a 140x200 cm sleeping space for two. The maximum capacity of the cabin is eight people, even though there are beds for nine.
The utility room includes a drying cabinet and a washing machine. The sauna has a wood-burning stove, and the washroom is equipped with a shower. There is also a grill hut in the yard.
A hot tub is available for rent, subject to availability: 100 EUR/1-2 days, 190 EUR/week, or 100 EUR/4 weekdays (Monday-Thursday). The hot tub must be reserved separately, as it is shared with another cabin and moved between locations as required. Note: The hot tub is not available when the temperature drops below -20°C.

Cozy log cabin built in 1995, located in a peaceful area by Lake Korhosjärvi in Kihniö, about 100 km from Tampere. Nearby are excellent hiking, skiing, and snowmobile trails. Kihniö's municipal fitness trail (a cross-country ski trail in winter) is about 2 km away, and an illuminated ski trail is 3 km away. The property features a shallow, sandy-bottom beach, own pier, and a rowing boat. Lake Korhosjärvi is clean and rich in fish. Common lake fish, including zander, can be caught here.
Log cabin (1995) has a living area with a dining set, TV, a heat-storing fireplace, and a sofa bed that provides extra sleeping space for two. A high-quality, thick mattress topper is available for the sofa bed. The kitchenette is fully equipped for preparing meals.
The loft includes three beds and a sofa bed, which can accommodate one additional sleeper. A child safety gate is installed on the upper floor.
