Directly outside the French window of the lounge, dining room, and kitchen of the main house is a large portico with a wooden-beamed roof, furnished with chairs, a dining table, and a mobile barbecue, making it the perfect setting for al fresco meals. In the evening, outdoor lighting positioned throughout the garden illuminates the grounds beautifully, enhancing the atmosphere both around the pool and across the wider estate. On the opposite side of the main house, near the entrance to the annex, are the animal enclosures where horses, donkeys, peacocks, goats, and various birds live peacefully alongside the owners' dogs. The non-heated swimming pool occupies a panoramic position overlooking the hills of Todi, situated on the same level as the main house and directly in front of the portico, accessible from the living room across approximately 15 metres of lawn. The rectangular pool measures 12 x 6 metres, with a depth ranging from 1.20 to 2.70 metres, and features a terracotta border, Roman steps, PVC lining, and chlorine and oxygen purification. The surrounding sunbathing area is paved in terracotta and equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas, while a gazebo furnished with a sofa and coffee table provides welcome shade during the hottest hours of the day. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October.
