Description
Casa Rosa is located 2 km (2 mi) from San Concordio Di Moriano, Italy and only 8 km (5 mi) from Lucca in the tourist area "Lucca And Surroundings". Casa Rosa is a nice stone building (350 sq m) with air conditioning, private pool and WiFi internet. The property can accommodate up to 12 people comfortably in six bedrooms with six bathrooms.
The Experience
Casa Rosa is situated on the same estate as Villa Clara, a villa we have been succesfully renting for years, and used to be one of the farmers’ houses. The garden and swimming pool have been positioned on the opposite side of Villa Clara to assure total privacy. One of the rooms has facilities for disabled guests. There is a tennis club within walking distance of the house. The helpful caretakers live on the estate, in a separate apartment.
Upon arrival at Casa Rosa you’ll find a nice clean well-maintained property perfect for a splendid holiday in Tuscany. Regardless of how you spend your days - visiting museums, shopping, sightseeing or just driving in the countryside, when you arrive home you can relax with your family and friends at the pool for a perfect ending to another day in Tuscany. Sharing a meal with friends and family is a big part of the Tuscan culture. Take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen to prepare meals using local produce while on your vacation. The kitchen includes coffee machine, microwave, toaster, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to 12 people.
