Villa Bouquet operates with a check-in time of 16:00 and a check-out time of 10:00. A late check-in service is available for arrivals between 20:00 and 00:00, as well as between 00:00 and 09:00, both to be paid in cash upon arrival. The property requires a security deposit of 5,000.00 EUR, which is processed via credit card pre-authorisation, meaning the amount is not debited from your card. A final cleaning fee is payable upon arrival. The rates include bed and household linens, electricity, water, gas, garden maintenance, pool maintenance, weekly linen change, and weekly house cleaning. Services available at an additional cost include a baby cot charged per day, an extra bed charged per guest per day, a high chair charged per day, as well as chef services, childcare and babysitting, and a private driver. A tourism development tax applies starting from 2.20 EUR per person. Pets are not permitted at the property, and smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. The organisation of events on the premises requires prior approval from the owner or manager, and any external guests beyond the contracted party must also be validated in advance.
