Check-in takes place on Saturdays from 16:00 to 20:00 during high season, and at 16:00 during low season, including on weekdays. Check-out is required by 10:00 am in all seasons. A refundable damage deposit of 10,000 Euro is required prior to check-in via pre-authorization on a credit card and will be returned in full at the end of the stay provided no damage to the property has occurred. Upon arrival, an additional deposit of 2,000 Euro is required to be paid exclusively in cash to the manager or butler of the building, to cover food, drinks, and any other services not included in the contract.
