The rental cost includes a welcome buffet featuring sparkling white wine, soft drinks, finger food, cheese and cold cuts, fresh pastries, and fresh fruit. A daily buffet breakfast is also provided, comprising breads, pastries, cereals, fruit, yogurt, milk, cappuccino, tea, American coffee, espresso, and fruit juices. Basic pantry items such as olive oil, salt, vinegar, sugar, coffee, and water are supplied throughout your stay. Cleaning service is provided 5 hours a day, 7 times a week, with daily changes of bathroom towels, beach towels, and bed linen changed on Wednesdays. A final cleaning is included at the end of your stay. Air conditioning and heating are included in the rental cost, ensuring your comfort throughout the year. A porterage service is available on arrival between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM and on departure by 10:00 AM. A concierge service is accessible via WhatsApp for any assistance you may require during your stay.
Parking is available at an additional cost, with a weekly surcharge applied per vehicle depending on size. Tourist tax is payable locally. A fee of 150 euros applies in the event of a lost key. Additional services available upon prior arrangement and payable locally include food delivery, cook service, extra cleaning, cooking classes, and excursions. A grocery pre-stocking service is available, with shopping lists to be submitted at least one week prior to arrival. An infant kit including a pack and play and high chair is available on a weekly basis. Extra laundry service and additional cleaning are also available at an hourly rate.
