The Guest House accommodates up to 8 guests across 4 suites: the first 2 Guest Suites each feature a double bed, independent access, and sea views, with one offering an en-suite bathroom with shower and the other an en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub, both with a small living area. The remaining 2 Guest Suites each include a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, sharing a living room, with one enjoying sea views and the other a lateral courtyard view. Guest House Two accommodates 4 guests in 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower, and sea views. The villa also features an in-house gym to complement the active lifestyle of its guests. Check-in is available from 15:00, and check-out must be completed by 11:00. A minimum stay of 3 nights applies during low season, which covers May, mid-September, and October; 4 nights during mid-season, covering June and early September; and 7 nights during high season and peak season, corresponding to July and August. A security deposit of 5,000 euro is required and must be paid onsite. The rates include daily housekeeping, a change of linen twice a week, and the services of a host and an in-house chef to prepare breakfast and one meal per day for up to 12 people, with food costs charged separately and the choice of lunch or dinner to be communicated two days in advance. Breakfast is served in the Clubhouse until 12 noon. Each of the 5 suites is provided with a complimentary golf cart for use within the property only.
