During the months of June, July, and August, a minimum stay of 1 week is required. Dogs are not permitted on the property, and parties involving exterior visitors are strictly prohibited. Loud music is not allowed outside the hours predetermined by local authorities for public quiet, and smoking is not permitted inside the villa at any time. A security and damage deposit of 1,000 euros is required. Guests are expected to return the property in a presentable condition, and the villa's manager or owner reserves the right to reclaim any additional cleaning costs should the property not be left in the above-mentioned state. Included in the rental are 2 hours of daily maid service, daily changes of bath and pool towels, and a change of linen twice weekly.
