A pergola and a patio provide shaded areas ideal for outdoor dining and relaxation, while a full set of garden furniture ensures comfort throughout the day. A barbecue is available for al fresco meals, and a table tennis table offers a recreational option for guests of all ages. Children are also well catered for with a dedicated playground area within the grounds. The fenced garden of 1 hectare, set within the broader 3-hectare private property and framed by mature trees, creates a sense of complete privacy and immersion in the Tuscan countryside.

Access to "Il Farinaio" is via a 1 km stretch of unmade road, and a car is strongly recommended for guests staying at the property. The residence is equipped with electric gates at the entrance. Heating is available exclusively during the period from 15 October to 15 April and is offered as an extra service. Guests have access to 4 bicycles, providing a pleasant way to explore the surrounding area. A house maid service is available on request at an additional cost, as is the option to hire a private cook for those wishing to enjoy home-prepared meals during their stay.

Here guests are welcomed into six charming units that reflect a rare and authentic form of hospitality: the Albergo diffuso—literally, a ‘scattered hotel’. Developed in Italy, this model revitalizes once-abandoned villages by blending comfort with local tradition in a truly immersive experience- in fact the "borgo" is a shared community between locals that live here permanently, and travelers that was born in the late 1980's.

The property comprises three very comfortable apartments built within the completely renovated rural farmhouse, each with an independent entrance, a charming fireplace, and rustic-style furnishings. The kind and hospitable owners make available to you a small organic vegetable garden located on the edge of the garden, where you can taste seasonal vegetables. The entire area is fenced, offering privacy and security during your stay.
