On the ground floor, past the entrance door, you are welcomed into the heart of the home: a spacious living room featuring wooden ceiling beams and brick arches, furnished with an ornamental fireplace, sofas, armchairs, a smart TV, and a table football. This living area flows naturally into the dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as opening directly onto the large portico through French windows. The ground floor also includes 1 double bedroom with divisible beds, complete with an en-suite bathroom with shower, and a separate laundry room accessible only from the outside.
A wooden staircase leads from the dining room to the upper floor, where a sitting room with a sofa and an ornamental fireplace awaits, offering direct access to the external staircase through French windows. The upper floor hosts 3 double bedrooms, one of which features divisible beds, all sharing 2 bathrooms, one equipped with a bathtub and one with a shower. Please note that all fireplaces throughout the property are ornamental.
