The second bedroom contains 2 beds and is also equipped with air conditioning and a balcony exit, ensuring every guest enjoys a restful and comfortable stay. The apartment includes 2 shower and WC bathrooms. The open kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living area, completing a functional and inviting living space.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
