On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living and dining area with a flat screen satellite TV, which opens directly onto a private terrace. Adjacent to this space is a small, open kitchen fully equipped for your convenience. On the first upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, 2 bedrooms are available, each furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm, an individual shower with WC, and air conditioning, with direct access to a balcony. The second upper floor mirrors this configuration, offering 2 additional bedrooms, each with a French bed of 160 cm, a private shower and WC, and air conditioning, also with balcony access. The third upper floor, reached by a steep staircase, features 2 rooms with charming sloping ceilings, each with 1 bed and air conditioning, sharing a shower and WC. Please be aware that when fewer than the maximum number of guests are staying at the property, one floor and not all of the bedrooms will be available for use. From the property, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea, and 2 balconies with balcony furniture and 2 deck chairs are at your disposal.
