Guests are kindly advised to take note of this access arrangement when planning their arrival.

On the ground floor, the living and dining room serves as the heart of the home, featuring a flat screen satellite TV and air conditioning, with direct access to the 20 m2 terrace. The fully equipped open kitchen is seamlessly integrated into the living space. The ground floor also hosts 2 bedrooms: the first is furnished with 1 double bed measuring 2 x 80 cm with a length of 200 cm, while the second features 1 french bed measuring 160 cm with a length of 200 cm. A shower/WC completes the ground floor facilities.

The upper floor presents an open gallery with characteristic sloping ceilings, with a ceiling height ranging from 60 to 250 cm, and benefits from natural light through a rooflight, along with a flat screen satellite TV. This level hosts 2 further bedrooms, both featuring sloping ceilings with ceiling heights ranging from 60 to 250 cm and individual rooflights. The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
