Also on this level, 2 bedrooms each feature 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with both rooms offering direct access to the terrace and swimming pool. The ground floor bathroom facilities include 1 shower with WC and a separate WC.

The upper floor hosts 3 additional bedrooms. The first room contains 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second room features 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and provides access to a terrace. The third room on this floor also features 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and benefits from a private en-suite shower with WC. A further shower with WC is available on this floor for shared use. The property also benefits from 2 terraces, one measuring 18 m2 and one measuring 15 m2 with a roof, both furnished with terrace furniture and deck chairs and offering views of the swimming pool.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
