The first bedroom on this level is fitted with a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from its own private shower and WC. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
