You will be staying in a 6-room house that spans over two levels and has a total area of 185 square meters. The living/dining room on the main level features a satellite TV (flat screen), a wood-burning stove, and air conditioning. It also provides access to the terrace. On the same level, you'll find one room with a French bed (180 cm wide, 200 cm long) and a satellite TV (flat screen), another room with a single bed (80 cm wide, 190 cm long) and a French bed (160 cm wide, 200 cm long), as well as a separate toilet. There is an additional room with a French bed (180 cm wide, 200 cm long). The open kitchen on this level is equipped with four hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, and a freezer. You'll also have access to a bathroom with a shower, bidet, and toilet.

On the lower ground floor, there is another living/dining room with a satellite TV (flat screen) and air conditioning, leading out to the swimming pool area. This level also features an open kitchen with four hot plates, an oven, and a dishwasher. Payments And Cancellation Charges

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
