From this level, you have direct access to a balcony with both south and east facing exposures, ideal for enjoying natural light throughout the day. The open kitchen on this floor is thoughtfully equipped and forms a seamless part of the living space. A separate WC is also available on this level for added convenience.
The upper floor hosts 1 of the 2 bedrooms, configured with 1 double bed composed of 2 single mattresses each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. This room also includes a cable television and access to a second balcony with north and west facing orientations, providing views of the surrounding landscape. A dedicated office space is also found on this floor, making the apartment well suited for guests who may need a quiet area for work or reading. The single bathroom on this level is a shower and WC combination. The apartment further benefits from a private terrace, furnished with terrace furniture, and offers a very beautiful view of the mountains and the canal.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
