The minimum stay requirement is 3 nights during low and mid season, 4 nights during high season, and 6 nights during peak season. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 a.m. Upon arrival, a refundable security deposit of 1,500 euro will be required in the form of an authorization to charge a credit or debit card. The property manager will inspect the villa following departure for any damages, missing items, or irregularities attributable to the tenant or any person residing in or invited to the property. The security deposit will be returned or released within 10 days of departure, provided that no costs or expenses of any kind remain outstanding for whatever reason. The use of the helipad for landing or parking is available and subject to additional charges.
