Owing to the natural thermal properties of traditional trullo construction, these rooms remain cool without the need for air conditioning. The main lamia, the central nucleus of the property, comprises a spacious sitting area that communicates with a bright and well-equipped open kitchen. A large French window provides direct access to the outdoor dining area beneath the brick portico. A bathroom with shower, without bidet, serves this area. The sleeping area, accessible up 2 steps, includes a suite arrangement separated by a darkened curtain, consisting of a small passage room with an additional single bed and a double bedroom with a divisible bed and direct access to the garden.
