The rates are based on an occupancy of 6 persons, with the possibility of accommodating 1 additional guest on the banquette-style couch in the lower level lounge. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required. Check-in is from 14:00, and check-out is by 10:00. A refundable security deposit of 1.000 euros is required upon arrival and will be returned at the end of your stay, less any charges in the event of damage to the property.
