The renovated maisonette apartment, completed in 2023, offers views and sunny quiet spots for relaxing, reading and sunbathing with a 180° panoramic view of the mountains. The apartment is situated in the historic building “Bären” in the heart of Zweisimmen, just a few minutes from shops, the train station and numerous outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking, climbing parks, swimming, tennis and wellness. Please note: There is an open staircase without a handrail. The accommodation is therefore not suitable for small children under 5 years old.
There is a 180degree open fire with a heated blue soap stone surround to warm yourself on those colder winter days and nights. The oversized Moroccan granite table is perfect for entertaining- starting and finishing the day together. Adorned with pine banks and sheepskin coverings it’s a cosy space. The living room has also a king pull out bed and a 30ft south facing balcony with sunshades if needed. Bedroom 2 has been designed to accommodate 4 people with its three beds and a fantastic net hammock across the ceiling. There is the turquoise family bathroom that has a delightful rain shower, full tub and drawers for storage. All bathrooms have adjustable towel heaters too.
