The non-heated swimming pool is positioned in front of the external living area and is accessible via a tiled path or a few stone steps from the ground floor. Framed by a beautiful classical-style colonnade with elegant statues on one side and a low stone wall on the other, the pool features an irregular shape, combining a rectangle with a rounded side from which Roman steps lead into the water. It measures 7 x 6.5 metres with a constant depth of 1.4 metres, is lined in travertine, and is equipped with salt purification and internal lighting. The property is accessed via 1 kilometer of paved road from Rio Marina, followed by a short descent and approximately 400 meters of unpaved road leading to the driveway gate, which is shared with one neighboring property. Please be aware that the access road is not suitable for sports cars or vehicles with low ground clearance. The admission of animals to the property must be authorized in advance by the owner, who requires prior communication of the number of animals, their size, and their breed. Large dogs are not permitted. A maximum of 1 small animal is allowed per stay. The rental rate includes utilities covering electricity, water, gas for kitchen use and hot water, as well as weekly linen changes and both an initial and a final cleaning of the property. The stay is also covered by the Zer0Dep Guarantee, meaning guests are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival.
