The first bedroom contains 2 beds of 90 cm each and provides access to a west-facing balcony, allowing guests to enjoy the surrounding scenery from a different perspective. The second bedroom is fitted with 1 set of bunk beds measuring 80 cm, making it a practical and comfortable sleeping space. The apartment includes a bathroom with shower and a separate WC, together forming the 2 bathrooms available to guests.

Final Cleaning

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
