The living and dining room is a welcoming and versatile space equipped with a pull-out bed suitable for 2 persons, measuring 2 x 80 cm with a length of 190 cm. From this room, you have direct access to a south-facing balcony, offering a very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the ski run. The first bedroom contains 2 single beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and opens onto a west-facing balcony. The second bedroom is appointed with 1 double bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and includes a hand-basin, a separate WC, a shower, and a flat-screen television. The open kitchen is fully equipped and seamlessly integrated into the living area. The apartment is further served by a bathroom and an additional separate WC, bringing the total to 2 bathrooms.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
