A dedicated sleeping alcove houses 1 set of bunk beds measuring 80 cm, designed to accommodate the younger guests with practicality and ease. The apartment includes 1 bathroom configured as a combined bath and WC, offering all essential facilities within a compact and well-organised space. The interior is presented with very beautiful and tasteful furnishings throughout, reflecting a refined aesthetic that enhances the overall comfort of the stay.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
