The studio counts 1 bedroom equivalent in its configuration, accommodating the full capacity of 4 guests across its well-designed sleeping arrangements.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
