The living and dining room is furnished with a sofabed measuring 80 cm in width and 160 cm in width by 200 cm in length, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for additional guests. The entrance hall includes a bunk bed configuration of 1 x 2 beds, each measuring 80 cm in width. The dedicated bedroom accommodates 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width. The bathroom is complemented by a separate WC, ensuring added convenience for all guests. A kitchenette is also part of the layout, equipped with 4 hot plates and a mini-oven. The apartment further benefits from a south-facing balcony offering a very beautiful view of the ski run.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
