The entrance hall is equipped with 2 wall-trunk beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The 1 dedicated bedroom contains 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width, offering a comfortable and private sleeping space. The apartment also features a separate WC in addition to the bathroom, providing added convenience for guests. A kitchenette is available and includes a mini-oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, and an electric coffee machine. The apartment opens onto a large balcony with an east-facing position from the main living area, while the balcony itself benefits from a south-east facing orientation, offering a very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the ski run.

Final Cleaning

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
