The entrance hall offers 2 additional wall-trunk beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for all guests. The kitchenette is fully equipped and seamlessly integrated into the studio layout, offering everything needed for self-catering stays. The bathroom features a shower and WC. The studio also benefits from a south-facing balcony that frames a breathtaking panoramic view of the surrounding mountains and ski run, with no opposite buildings obstructing the outlook, making it a truly privileged position on the last floor of the residence.

- 100% of the rental price if the cancellation is made between 65 days and the arrival day or in case of no-show.
