The living and dining area features 2 single beds measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with a flat-screen television, and opens directly onto a south-facing balcony of 9 m2 with views of the ski run. Each of the 2 bedrooms is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and both rooms provide access to a balcony, one facing south at 4 m2 and the other facing east, ensuring a pleasant outdoor space from multiple orientations. The kitchen area is equipped as a kitchenette and includes 4 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom is complemented by a separate WC, and the flooring throughout the apartment features carpet.

The apartment is thoroughly equipped to support a comfortable stay. In the kitchen, you will find a dishwasher, a microwave, and a full set of additional appliances including 4 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine, making meal preparation both practical and convenient. The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
