A separate alcove with a sliding door houses 1 set of bunk beds measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. Please be aware that instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area such as the alcove. The apartment includes 1 bathroom comprising a shower and a separate WC. Parquet floors run throughout the apartment, adding warmth and character to the overall aesthetic.

The apartment is well-equipped to ensure a comfortable stay. The kitchenette features a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and a raclette grill, providing everything needed for self-catering. Entertainment is catered for with a flat-screen television in the living and dining area. Electric heating is available throughout the apartment to keep guests warm during their stay. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
