Throughout the apartment, parquet floors add a refined and warm aesthetic to the overall interior.

The kitchenette is well appointed and includes 2 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, a raclette grill, and a fondue set for cheese. Please be aware that capsules for the NESPRESSO-compatible coffee machine are available at an extra charge. The apartment is equipped with electric heating to ensure a comfortable stay during colder periods. A flat-screen television is available in the living and dining area for entertainment. The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
