The property accommodates a maximum of 5 guests and features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, with some sleeping areas arranged in an open-plan configuration, including a gallery and alcove, rather than exclusively in enclosed rooms. The living and dining room is equipped with a flat-screen television and provides direct access to the south-facing balcony of 9 m2, furnished with 2 deck chairs. The sleeping area includes 1 room with 1 bunk bed set of 2 levels, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with 1 additional sleeping facility of the same dimensions. An alcove fitted with a sliding door contains 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The bathroom is accompanied by a separate WC. Throughout the apartment, parquet floors add a refined and warm aesthetic to the overall interior.

Amenities Included

The kitchenette is well appointed and includes 2 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, a raclette grill, and a fondue set for cheese. Please be aware that capsules for the NESPRESSO-compatible coffee machine are available at an extra charge. The apartment is equipped with electric heating to ensure a comfortable stay during colder periods. A flat-screen television is available in the living and dining area for entertainment. Additional practical amenities include an iron and a hair dryer. The property is pet-friendly, welcoming a maximum of 1 pet or dog. Internet access via WiFi is available at an extra charge. A smoke alarm is installed for the safety and security of all guests.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
