This room opens directly onto a south-facing balcony of 8 m2, providing beautiful views of the ski run. The first bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed configuration of 1 x 2 beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and includes a dedicated dressing room. This room also benefits from direct access to a west-facing balcony of 4 m2. The second bedroom features a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, with its own exit to a south-facing balcony, further enhancing the sense of space and light. The apartment also includes a well-equipped kitchenette fitted with 4 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
