The property accommodates a maximum of 6 guests and features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, with additional sleeping areas distributed across the open-plan living space.

The living and dining room is elegantly furnished and includes 1 bed measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as 1 additional sleeping facility of the same dimensions, namely 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. This area also provides direct access to the south-facing balcony. The dedicated bedroom contains 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and similarly opens onto the south-facing balcony. An alcove with curtain offers a more intimate sleeping area and is equipped with 1 set of bunk beds arranged in a 1 x 2 configuration, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. It is important to note that instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area such as a gallery or alcove. The bathroom features a shower and a separate WC. Parquet floors extend throughout the apartment, adding a refined and warm aesthetic to the interior. The south-facing balcony measures 9 m2, is furnished with balcony furniture, and offers a scenic view of the ski run.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
