This area opens directly onto the balcony, which enjoys a south-facing orientation. The apartment includes 1 dedicated room furnished with 1 double bed measuring 140 cm by 190 cm, also with direct access to the south-facing balcony. An alcove with curtain provides an additional sleeping area equipped with 1 set of bunk beds in a 1 x 2 configuration, each measuring 90 cm by 190 cm. It is important to note that some sleeping areas, including the alcove, are located in open-plan spaces rather than enclosed rooms. The kitchenette is fully equipped for self-catering and connects naturally to the living area. The bathroom is complemented by a separate WC. The south-facing balcony extends to 9 m2, is furnished with balcony furniture, and offers a very beautiful view of the ski run.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
