It is important to note that some sleeping areas, including the alcove, are located in open-plan spaces rather than enclosed rooms. The kitchenette is fully equipped for self-catering and connects naturally to the living area. The bathroom is complemented by a separate WC. The south-facing balcony extends to 9 m2, is furnished with balcony furniture, and offers a very beautiful view of the ski run.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
